Deep Lagoon is a culmination of new techniques I worked on while in sunny Florida this winter. It is many layers of acrylic with hand painted collage. The painting is inspired by a beautiful Egret that posed for me on Pine Island. It is currently being shown at the PACE Center in Parker, CO. It was accepted into the Colorado Watercolor Society’s State Exhibit by esteemed juror, Dale Laitinen.
